Terms and Conditions

By signing up for our Rascal Rugby program, you're giving your child the chance to participate, but remember – it's at your own risk! Here's the deal:

• I’m giving Rascal Rugby the green light to go ahead, and in return, I agree to let go of any future claims or issues I might have related to my child’s involvement.
• I understand that all sports come with some level of risk, and while Rascal Rugby does everything it can to keep things safe, accidents can happen.

I’ve read, agreed to, and am totally on board with Rascal Rugby’s Code of Conduct and rules.

Timetable Changes

We try to stick to the class schedule as best as possible, but sometimes things change due to demand. We’ll let you know if there are any changes before classes begin!

Cancellation/No Refund Policy

We don’t offer refunds if you change your mind after enrolling for the term. That’s why we offer a free trial, so you can be sure it’s the right fit. Please refer to our trial and makeup policies for more info.

Make-up Class Policy

Can’t make it to class? You can book a make-up class (up to two per term). These don’t carry over to the next term, and we can’t guarantee availability, but you can book up to 7 days in advance by calling our customer service team.

Fee Payment

We only accept bookings for a full term, and all fees are due at the time of enrolment by credit or debit card. A one-time sign-up fee applies to cover your child’s playing kit and enrolment costs.

Parental Participation

Parents need to be present during every class. Since we’re not a daycare, we require you to supervise. For both classes we ask parents to participate, as it helps your rascal get the most out of our classes & keep them running smoothly. If first aid is needed, parents are responsible for their child’s care.

Sibling Policy

Siblings of enrolled children can’t join in on the class & we ask you to keep them off the field and away from the equipment during class time.

Photography

From time to time, we may take photos or videos of your child in class for promotional purposes. By signing up, you're okay with this, but if you don't want your child to be in any photos, just let us our friendly staff know. Please don’t take photos or videos of other kids without permission from their parents.

Illness Policy

If your child isn’t feeling well, please keep them at home and take advantage of the two make-up classes available each term. If your child has COVID or even just a cough or runny nose, stay home!
